Fast & Accurate Data
LiDAR sensors generate data instantaneously, including distance measurements that are accurate down to the centimetre. LiDAR also enables faster performance and processing.
LiDAR is an active sensor. As such, the accuracy and resolution of LiDAR imagery are unaffected by low-light scenarios. The laser also filters through grass and tree branches to survey the ground under vegetation.
The images produced from RGB cameras are high-resolution, allowing for more accuracy and seamless interpretation. The images are also easily converted into 3D maps and models.
